Objectives are: (1) to assess the impact of participative management on decision quality, (2) to analyze employee involvement in decision-making, and (3) to identify best practices for implementing participative management. A survey design is chosen for its ability to collect extensive data efficiently. Using Taro Yamane's formula, the sample size is 340, ensuring accuracy and reliability. The study focuses on the education sector in Lagos, Nigeria, where participative management is crucial. The reliability coefficient score is 0.88, reflecting high consistency.
